Preorders are items that are products that can be ordered ahead of time before the actual release date. They are always discounted and guaranteed.
Preorders are open for one or more of these reasons:
-soaps are usually cured for at least 2 months for optimal performance and quality. Preorders guarantee you get the earliest batch of these soaps once the curing period is over.
-Some items are made-to-order basis, and require time to make. I often get very small sales in some items, and it is not worth making a massive batch to fulfill only one or two orders a year.
If you order ANY item that has a 'preorder' label, your package will not arrive until the preorder is ready.
You cannot cancel any preorders. If you order multiple items, please expect all your items to arrive when the preorder item is ready.
If you want your other items to arrive separate from your preorder, please make two separate orders.
